Let’s begin by saying that we’re sorry to see you go. You can cancel your podcast subscription with us under “My Account” in your Springcast dashboard. If you have an annual invoice, please submit a ticket.
Good to know:
- Once you cancel your podcast show’s subscription, your show will no longer be available for listening on the podcast website, the Springcast (embedded) player or platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc. Unfortunately, we cannot remove the podcast from those external platforms for you.
- In Apple Podcasts, you can archive the show yourself via Apple Podcasts Connect. To have your podcast removed from Spotify, you’ll need to contact Spotify directly. It’s best to do this after your subscription has been canceled so that your RSS feed is already inactive.
How to cancel your subscription
- Log in to Springcast.
- In your dashboard, click your name in the top right and select Subscription.
- Click the trash can icon next to the subscription you wish to end.
- Read the confirmation message carefully and choose End Subscription.
You can also cancel via the pencil icon on your subscription page.
If you’d like us to delete your data from our administrative system or if you have any feedback for us, please reach out via our contact page.
Your podcast(s) will be removed from our servers within 14 days of canceling your subscription(s). You can also delete the show yourself at any time. And when you’re ready to start podcasting again, feel free to get back in touch—we’d love to have you back!
