How we contact you
- Email only comes from addresses ending in @springcast.io or @springcast.fm. Look at the actual address, not just the sender name.
- Links in our emails only go to domain ending in .springcast.io or .springcast.fm. Hover over a link before you click it.
- Invoices come from Stripe or Chargebee and our bank account number never changes by email.
What we will never ask you
- Your password, a login code or a two-factor (MFA) code
- An API key or access token, including tokens for AI assistant integrations (MCP)
- A request to pay into a new or different bank account without prior official notice
- Installing software or giving remote access to your computer
If a message asks for any of these, it is not from us, even if it uses your name, your podcast or other correct details.
In doubt? Check it yourself
Don’t use the links, phone numbers or reply button in the suspicious message. Go to your account by typing https://work.springcast.app or https://app.springcast.fm yourself, or contact us through support@springcast.io. We would rather answer one question too many than have you take a risk.
Received a suspicious message?
- Don’t click any links and don’t open any attachments.
- Forward the message to support@springcast.io
- If you already entered your password, change it right away at our Pro (https://work.springcast.app) or Classic platform (https://app.springcast.fm) and turn on two-factor authentication.
- If you made a payment, contact your bank immediately.
