Besides apps like Spotify and Apple, you probably want your podcast to be listenable in more places. Like Amazon Music and Audible, for example. Chances are that your podcast can already be found in the directory of Amazon Music and Audible. In that case, you can claim ownership of the podcast. Is your podcast not yet on Amazon Music and Audible? Then you can easily register it on both platforms, via Amazon Music. Here are the steps:
1. First copy your unique podcast RSS-feed
Every podcast you create within Springcast will have its own unique podcast RSS-feed.
1. Go to your Springcast account
2. Click on the podcast you want to submit or claim on Amazon Music and Audible
3. Then click on 'distribution'
4. And next to the link there, click on the 'copy' button
2. Submit or claim your podcast on Amazon Music and Audible
Whether your podcast is on Amazon Music and Audible or not, the same steps apply for submitting and claiming:
1. Go to Amazon Music for Podcasters
2. Click on 'Add Or Claim Your Podcast'.
3. Create an account or log in with your Amazon Music account
4. Sign in with your account
5. Paste the RSS feed you copied in step 1 into the bar under 'Add Your Podcast' and click 'submit'.
6. Verify ownership of the podcast: you will receive an e-mail with verification link at the e-mail address linked to your RSS feed
7. Confirm the submition
Wasn't your podcast on Amazon Music and Audible yet? Then it may take a few hours before your podcast can be found on Amazon Music and Audible. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If your podcast was already on Amazon Music and Audible, this verification will allow you to access the dashboard now.
